      Even I too used to believe that Panchakarma Chikitsa is a herbal massage. Earlier I visited lot Kerala Ayurved Massage centres. I thought they are like spa. After reading your Article, now I can understand what exactly the Panchakarma Chikitsa. Thanks for removing the myths.
