2. Sexual activity: If you want to become a parent then you must increase the number of times you have sex in week. Stress is also known to cause hormonal imbalance in females. You can greatly improve your chances of conceiving a child if you live a stressful life. Give your body and mind sufficient rest hours to unwind and de-stress.

5. Sleep Well: Lack of sleep causes a decrease in sperm production. Even the quality of sleep goes down in you do not take adequate sleep. Hence, another way to improve fertility is to sleeping for sufficient hours. Even researches have shown that couple you sleep well are fertile and give birth to healthy kids.

Shouldn’t the last but one point in 4th suggestion be “stressless life”?

Yes ideally it should be stressless life, but in today’s time it is unrealistic to expect the same.
